Split and merge
People usually split files when they need to copy them
onto several drives which capacity is smaller than the
original file ( yes, the good-old floppy ).
Then, when you copy them onto some drive which is large enough (e.g. hard drive ),
you merge them back with "Merge" command. Only problem can occur if a target computer
doesn't have Stylet File Manager, then you have bunch of useless split-ed files :) .
Ofcourse UNIX cat command does the job....
Really, it's important to mention you can merge files in that way in case of need...
Stylet's split command really split's files and ads notning else to splited versions.
Jumping to files
Same as with Winamp's jump tool.
Shortcut:Ctrl+J .
